Implement reconnect feature so players who disconnected intentionally or unintentionally all reconnect.

Like how it is in League of Legends. It allows two things...


1 - If disconnect was unintentional. It gives a player at least a chance to jump back in a game.

2- If disconnect was intentional. The player now must wait till match is over before he or she can jump on another mech. In a way penalty to incentize players not to disconnect intentionally.
