Hey all,
I did look through all this post, and didnt find any help. The only other one close didnt read the same as this problem.

Anyways, if you look at the screen shot, youre notice that the menu with the options for forums and stuff isnt loading correctly. I know Ive had this issue before, and fixed it, but I cant remember how. Any ideas? Running Windows 7 x64 and IE 9.

Have you tried loading the page in another browser? Because then you know if it's a client-side problem or not.
(Try out Google Chrome or Firefox)

No, I only have IE9 installed, but it is an IE9 issue. Ive had this problem in the past with IE9, but for the life of me I cant remember how to fix it.

I'm sorry but I have absolutely no experience with IE xD I've always used Firefox en Google Chrome. You've probably already tried to search on online forums by googling the problem. (Like "graphical webpage bug" or something like that) Good luck anyway ;D
