'mech Morphing

Inspired by this thread, I thought why not try to morph two 'Mechs?

Using the freeware WinMorph (quite old, but fast, simple UI and works reasonably well) and open-source GIMP.

Morphing a Spider into a Quickdraw:

Note you better set the Warp Precision to High or Accurate when exporting (Options, F3), and reset to Medium or lower for a preview in the program. AVI output seems broken, but PNG output works fine.

For GIMP, you'll probably need a plug-in to reverse the animation.
