Depends on your playing style:
All energy - the 4P
want almost moar 4G, get the 4H
Energy and Missiles - 4SP and the 4J
I prefer the 4G with AC20 and 3xMLas. I avoid the XL for the Hunchies except for the 4P when I put 2xERPPC and either 2xLgLas or 3xMLas. If I use 9xMLas, I use a STD245.
