I am looking for someone who would be willing to work on a couple of digital art items that I had in mind. Unfortunately, I am not an artists and need help in this area. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Still looking for someone if you would be able to assist, not looking for a lot of work, just two very simple items.

Try to browse the forum and search for fan made art or the various fan made art contests that were running and write to the artists directly. I think that will be more successfull.

So you're wanting to commission an artist to draw something for you? I think what Cyrillis was suggesting is that you search for artists who have posted their work on the forums already. Then you can find one who draws in a style you like, and you can send the artist you like a message asking if they would be open to a commission.

Im not an artist, but actually telling us what u need might also help, people dont know if you'd like to have a video made, a drawing (pencil, computer,...) some adaptations to screenshots, or maybe you like a model of your favourite mech, theres so many options. Maybe add if youre willing to pay a small amount or send them a mwo gift code for their time.
Add that to the suggestion above and you prob find someone
