Have you also submitted this in a support ticket? They use the tickets to populate their database of known issues to help them track things like this down.

I didnt even know there was a support ticket system in place
submitted a ticket, hopefully they'll give canyons another look, since i've seen other mechs stuck there too...at least anything with JJs might get out of it, but with an atlas, you're just dead weight to your team if it happens

When you send a ticket, make sure to attach a screenshot of the stuck position, along with your PC Specs and dxdiag. Thanks for the feedback!
