Ok so my setup is:

AMD FX-4100 @ 4GHz
8GB DDR3 1866MHz memory
2x Geforce GTX 550Ti (Yes I know SLI doesn't work)
Win7 64-bit
Samsung 256GB 830 series SSD

So I have all my settings on low, VSync is off, and i'm not even running 1920x1080. I have it one step lower at 1680x1050 and running FRAPS i'm getting around 50-60FPS when not in battle, but I see dips of as low as like 20FPS during heavy action for a split second here and there, and usually average out around low 30FPS...

Mind you all my settings are as low as possible. It doesn't make sense that my performance is so low. I know the 550Ti isn't a high-end card, but it is o.k. and runs other games like a champ.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I really would like to run at least medium, or a few high settings. The mechs look like **** on low compared to high graphics in game. :-\

this we cant really say you setup does meet the system requirement

PC setup differs from ppl to ppl

some do get good framerate while other are just down with luck

try to do all the basic driver and Direct X update and if on Wifi, try to see if using wire LAN helps boost performance

ping can also affect FPS

yea other games will run at decent framerate but MW:O core program is still broken

if you got Crysis 3 you can use it to test your machine ability
