-Throttle Decay should be turned off by default. It takes 2 seconds to change, however, I doubt (most)people that are beginning to play like this feature.

-Be able to scroll up/down chat.

-GUI: Make the mechlab more visible and/or give new players a quick tutorial.

-In the mechlab also, remove all these popup confirmations "Cancel Configuration" each time you change page, even if you don't modify anything.
