[Kataris]

Paragon is an elite competition team in MechWarrior Online. We are looking to begin regularly broadcasting our matches throughout the week. Currently we play 8v8's Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights 8:30pm to 11:00pm. We may also occassionally play a scheduled match outside of those hours. We have the following vacancies to be filled immediately: A play by play commentator, and an analyst/producer. Detailed descriptions will be provided below. Our team will stream from multiple mech angles and each mech angle will be a separate stream feed. If you feel like you have the chops to fill these roles, we would love to hear from you.

1. Play by play commentator: This person will provide a running commentary of the matches in real time.

2. Analyst/Producer: This person will need to be able to access all available twitch streams from our players and mix/edit them on the fly into a single stream, while providing stream switches based on relative action, and then rebroadcast the mixed footage at 5000 kbs. This person will be also responsible for working with the commentator and preventing dead air.

Notes: It is not required to be a player of MechWarrior Online, but knowledge of the Mech Warrior / Battletech universe would be beneficial.
