Trebuchet Engine Update?

So while I'm at work I mess with the new mechs in Smurfy. I wanted to compare the treb build i have to the quickdraw build i was thinking and noticed that smurfy has a max engine size of 390 in the treb now. Was it like this already and I'm clueless, did smurfy make a boo boo?

The TBT-3C can run a 390

The others less so.
