It does not leave me amused to see that 2 weeks passed and DEVs could not be bothered to fix the JJ shake problem reported by multiple people in this thread http://mwomercs.com/...shake-feedback/ which was moved into the archives section of the forum.
Be assured that not quickly adressing something that causes physical discomfort for a lot of players does not cause customer satisfaction and the willingness to spend money on the game.
Announcing one JJ capable mech after the other(Quickdraw, Victor) in a situation like this also does not help.
Jj Shake Not Adressed

You must not read much. From ATD40:
Sable: Jumpjet shake was a big step in the right direction. The shake seems a bit violent and disorienting and i'm sure it will be fine tuned in the future. Something just didn't seem fluid with the reticle shaking though and i came to the conclusion that it was because the rest of the HUD doesn't shake along with it making the reticle by itself seem awkward. Any plans to make the rest of the HUD shake to create a more fluid feeling?
A: Probably not, however we are tuning the shake amount to make it a little easier on the eyes.
So yeah - just because it didn't make it into today's patch doesn't mean they aren't aware of it and have addressed it.

Well, moving a topic to the archives which is bothering lots of people looking for feedback, then it gives the impressions we are being ignored...
It was rushed out so quickly, yet none of our concerns have been adressed at the moment.
the future in a far far away galaxy seems vague.
They should put up a "WARINING" notice to epilepsy prone people such as myself (family members). so until it is gone, I am out...!

If it is that hard to come up with something to they like it would have been the polite thing to deactivate the shake as fast as possible in order to keep people playing. That would have meant either a hotfix a day after release or at the next patch 2 weeks later meaning today.
I am fully aware of the ATD40 and have quoted it myself recently btw...

If you are aware then you must have made this thread by mistake. That's okay we all make them.

Funny thing is that there is no content in this patch at all So If PGI can not address a simple issue that is obviously causing discomfort to players in 2 weeks is behond sad. I'm sorry but this patch is pathetic atleast a small tone down on the physical shake itself would have been enough. There is no excuse at all that the game Dev's that created the shake could not alter it.
