I haven't seen any talk about this for a while and I came across this guys work, worth taking a look at and there is a link to his models on the page.

Blaar's Paper Models are the best I've seen. The second best would be Stingray's, i guess mostly because stingray has created so many and started doing some of his own custom mech designs. Anyway, I found links to each one's models:
