Steps to Reproduce
0. Boot the game.
1. Login to the game.
2. Open the MechLab loadout dispolay
3. Observe the Command Console description appears as "Command Console description".

Notes
This issue is known 100% reproducible on all systems.

Workarounds
None Known, (Niko says, "Replace with a Subordinate Console")

I am having the same issue. Win8 box.
