First, if I'm standing near an ally, and an enemy fires missiles at him, will my AMS shoot at the missiles?
Second, do AMS systems stack? Like if 4-5 people are standing back to back, and someone fires LRMs at them, will all the AMS systems activate to shoot down 4x-5x as many missiles?
ECM Questions:
Do ECMs stack? IE if three ECM Mechs are standing on top of eachother, and enemy with a BAP or a counter ECM shows up, are all 3 ECMs countered, or just one for each enemy countermeasure?
Module Questions:
Do Cap Accelerators stack? If two people are standing in an enemy cap zone, do both bonuses go off?
Do Artillery and Air Strikes Stack? IE if two allied mechs call down two artillery strikes, will there be twice as much shelling in that area?
Capping Questions:
How long does it take to cap an enemy base in assault mode? How long does it take to cap a resource zone which is neutral? How long for a fully enemy owned one?
Does the Cap Accelerator apply to all of those?

ECM: Well, they partially stack. Two ECMs close to each other don't reduce targeting range or jam opponents any better than one. However, they do become harder to counter. A Beagle Active Probe or ECM equipped mech set to counter mode can only shut down one enemy ECM. So if there are two in the area, a single countering mech won't be enough to fully counter and will be jammed. 2 ECMs = 2 mechs to counter. 3 ECMs = 3 mechs to fully counter.
Modules: The Capture Accelerator does stack. Artillery and Airstrikes do not stack. There is a "global" cooldown on Artillery and Airstrikes that will prevent anyone on your team from activating one for 30 seconds after someone does use it. So unfortunately, a mass shelling isn't going to happen.
Capping: I don't know the specific time for a conquest map per node. However I do know the general rules. The actual time it takes to capture an enemy node seems to be variable. There is a hard cap on the time, but in order to reset it to neutral, it takes about as much time as the opponent spent capturing it to begin with. Multiple mechs on the capture point do stack both for capturing and reverting a capture, so it's pretty noticeable when two or more are in the capture point. The Capture accelerator makes your 1 mech count for 1.15 mechs toward the capture process. As far as I know, Capture Accelerator modules do stack.

Yes.

Yes. The firepower of your AMS can stack with the firepower of those that your allies carry, too. A group of 3 mechs with 5 AMS (two mechs with two AMS, one mech with one AMS) is untouchable by any single LRM boat or a group of non-dedicated LRM users.

One for each. One can counter one. Two can counter two. Three can counter three. Note that BAP and ECM on the same mech do not stack. Also note that BAP counters exclusively for you. No one else can lock onto the same target that BAP has countered, as you are punching through the jamming with sensors not with transmissions of target data to other mechs in your network.
Module Questions:

They stack. It's insanely fast when 3 mechs use them. "Base is und -- defeat."
Do Artillery and Air Strikes Stack? IE if two allied mechs call down two artillery strikes, will there be twice as much shelling in that area?
You cannot call them both at the same time. Although within short seconds of each other you can use them back to back. There's a global cooldown for your entire team. If I use it, you must wait to use yours. But the enemy does not have to wait to use his just because I used mine.

I never paid attention. You'll find out. When you're capturing it's too long. When it's being captured it's not long enough.

Yes. Yes it does.
