Weapon Location On Quickdraw?

So I cannot get the weapon locations on the quickdraw (and jagermech for that matter...) to STAY where I want them to. This is a problem: both asthetically and practically: I want the PPCs up top to make it easier. Is there a workaround? Is this a known issue?

I believe they covered this in the last ATD in regards to missiles competing for slots (say, for example, your LRM20 would take the NARC tube and the NARC would take the 20 slot tube). Essentially, your manual placement of hardpoints is going to be reset every time you finish a match. So you need to reaccess your loadout, pull the items, and re-insert them in the right order to use the correct hardpoint location each time you want to drop. The devs have no issues with players being forced to do that every match, so I'd recommend avoiding loadouts with this issue. Here's the quote:
