Some will question my right to destroy ten billion people. But those who understand, realize that I have no right to let them live.

When you can comprehend what this means then and only then will you know that we all will forget the power of technology and science, for so much has been forgotten, never to be re-learned. Forget the promise of progress and understanding, for in the grim darkness of the far future there is only war. There is no peace amongst the stars, only an eternity of carnage and slaughter, and the laughter of those thirsting for what we now fight for.

The Emperor's hand guides ALL!

But yes, this probably should go in the Off Topic forum.

Quote

They shall be my finest warriors,
these men who give of themselves to me.
Like clay I shall mold them,
and in the furnace of war will they be forged.
They will be of iron will and steely muscle.
In great armor shall I clad them
and with the mightiest guns will they be armed.
They will be untouched by plague or disease,
no sickness will blight them.
They will have tactics, strategies and machines
so that no foe can best them in battle.
They are my bulwark against the Terror.
They are the Defenders of Humanity.
They are my MechWarriors
and they shall know no fear.

Honestly Einstein and the rest of them werent very smart at all, surely they should have realized if they made a bomb that could kill the world (and they knew there was a chance however small, that nuclear bombs might actually ignite and burn off the entire atmosphere when they first tested them) that some moron with a button would push it.

3 Different 40K quotes that I like

'Follow me, my Children, and the glory of victory shall be yours. We shall cleanse ourselves in the crimson waters of our enemy. We shall bring the ecstasy of quick release to those who stand before us. We shall give bloody praise to the Lord of Pleasure and sing his name as we dance across the fallen. Follow me, my Children, and you shall taste the undreamt joys that lie beyond the bounds of mortal sense.'

'To have faith is to have purpose, and purpose in life is what defines a man, and makes him steadfast and resolute. Faith keeps him true and, even in the darkest hours, illuminates him like a candle flame. Faith guides him surely, from birth to the grave. It shows him the path, and prevents him from straying into the lightless thickets where insanity awaits. To lose faith is to lose purpose, and to be berefit of guidance. For a man without faith will no longer be true, and a mind without purpose will walk in dark places.'

'Camouflage is the colour of fear... I have no need to hide from my foes... I have no fear of death. My colours I wear openly, they proclaim louder than any words, "I am proud to live - I am proud to die".'
