Can't Access Leftover Ultimatepoints

I hope this is the right place to ask, since we use the website to make payments. I can't access my leftover UltimatePoints after making purchase with my Ultimate Game Card. Everything else works fine; but I'd really like to access my extra points! What can I do?

Hi Gallard! I too am having the same issue. Were you able to get help with it? I would like to access my leftover points too, but have yet to find a solution on the forums. Thanks!
