Maybe I'm missing something, but my XP transfer button doesn't show anymore, ever.

- I have MC
- I have all 3 spider chassis in my Mech Bay
- I'm selecting those Spider Mech's with XP in my Pilot Bay
- I look below the XP (top right in the middle section) and it's not there

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Interesting, 3 logouts and logins and it's back! ignore this.

did you get all the basic effiencies for the spiders you're trying to move xp for?

They changed it so you need to have all 8 basic effiencies unlocked first before you can start moving xp form mech to GXP

Another thought, if logouts and logins fix it, have you tried running the repair tool to see if you have any corrupted files?
