How can I change my email address? I have moved and no longer have access to the email address that was used to create this account. It is also the address that is link to my founders pack. I have not been able to play the game since I bought it almost a year ago since nobody has been able to help me change my email. This seems like a simple problem but yet here I am 1 year later and I still can't play the game that I paid for by buying the founders pack. What am I missing here?

I would contact support and give them all the information you can about the old account. You should also contact your old service provider and see if they can help support verify who you are.
Waiting a year will not have helped the situation, these kinds of things you want to move before the company no longer owes you service (your old provider has to help you to a reasonable extent[in the U.S. reasonable is thirty to ninety days after the close of an account in good standing]). Best bet is see if they will allow you a temporary lease of your old email address long enough to get things swapped around.
