I think for me, I want to pilot the Catapult K2. It looks stunning and I definitely like the appearance of it.

Only one mech variant to choose! Can be any mech, even ones that don't exist in game. Just provide a picture so we know how it looks like :)

I wonder if this mech will ever be implemented in-game. :)

Are we talking 'Mechs from any era or just 3050 stuff? And stock, MWO customization rules, or full TT customization rules? Because there is a massive difference in my choices for those criteria.

It will, it's pretty much the only reason they placed this game in 3049/3050.

Whichever outputs the least heat, really.

Or do you really like the idea of being stuck in a can with temperature exceeding levels at which water boils and the only thing keeping you alive is liquid nitrogen or other similar liquid running through a vest all over your body?

A bit too realistic but it can be anything :P

Don't forget you can always customize it.

Just about anything. What mech you want.

Just list both stock and TT customization.

TFT-A9 Thunder Fox for stock.
TT mod is a bit of a hybrid between the A9 and TFX-A4-M using the standard chassis of the A9 and the standard armor of and similar weapon load to the A4-M, all tweaked for endurance, broken terrain scouting, and sniping. 11 tons of standard armor with an ER PPC and three medium lasers. The electronics load drops the targeting computer and C3 Slave of the A4-M and replaces it with BAP, Guardian ECM, and TAG. Using an XL 330 gives it a top speed of 96 kph and provides the free weight with enough room left over for max jump jets and two extra double heat sinks. There is enough free crits left over to squeeze in a Chameleon Light Polarization Shield. I originally planned for it to use Angel ECM and Bloodhound Active Probe, but then I found out they changed the weight of the Bloodhound to 5 tons according to Sarna.
