I've been trying for 30 minutes to put this on my new computer and I keep getting this error. What am I supposed to do?

Problem: 0x800B0101 (CERT_E_EXPIRED: A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.)
If you are receiving this error, please update the date/time/year on your computer to make sure it matches your motherboard.
To change your computer's time and time zone:
To change your time zone, click the Time Zone tab. In the box above the map, click the drop-down arrow, and then click your current time zone.
If none of this resolves your concern, perhaps the DDO servers are down.
Please check your launcher or the forums for updates on server status.

My log looks nothing like that of the one in the forum. This is what I'm looking at.

Have you installed Dx 9c, C++, Net 3.5 and Net 4 plus web updates?
The errors in those logs indicate that those packages and their updates have not been installed.
