Right click the MWO MERCS install program.

Select PROPERTIES, the DIGITAL SIGNATURES, DETAILS, VIEW CERTIFICATE, INSTALL CERTIFICATE.

Installing the certificate manually informs Windows that the Pirhana Security Certificate is legitimate.

You may now inistall the MWO MERCS program unabated.
