Ive been playing alot of jager lately and with enough sucess that im starting to wonder if those build are considered OP or powerfull or im just that damn ..... lucky. It feel a bit to easy with those to get kills and high damage compared to my other mechs.

Err... sorry if i'm missing the joke here, I'm just gonna play the straight guy:
No, I'd say most would even consider these builds sub-par. MG have been buffed recently, but are still not considered overly powerful. LBX suffer from spreading their damage around. I'd suppose the LBX/MG combo will quickly strip any exposed sections of its weapons, but I can't imagine that build going toe-to-toe with, say, an AC40.
The AC2 build is ok for suppressing fire, but really nothing special.
