Can having BAP mean dropping with an actual beagle on a leash? Only mechs' with actuating hands can grip the dog lead, otherwise it just runs off, and you have to drop with 1t of doggytreats in each leg. Anything it urinates against is marked on the minimap.

I would think that a potent sensor like seismic should require BAP to even work.
