Even if you don't know list some of the Warhead varients you would like to see (here is the link for them http://www.sarna.net...nate_Ammunition ) . I will even start with some id like to see ;)

Cluster
Illumination (my god the havoc that could wreak on people using NV)
Inferno
and last but not leaset my favorite one, Follow the Leader Warhead

I think the only one in the current timeline was the deadshot - and it was removed from subsequent books (basically a primitive, unstable, MRM).

Thunder LRMs would be useful.

Don't want the enemy going water on Forest? Mine the crap out of the river.

Think they're coming cave on Frozen? Drop 1440 LRM mines at the exit of the tunnel.

Oh but the whining, the WHINING that would cause... and the subsequent EPIC NERFAGE!

Yeah but it could mix things up, and I am sure Follow the leaders are in the timeline right now, that and smoke missles

Yeah but since both teams start on the map it's kind of hard to not notice the whole sky filled with LRMs splashing down in the water by the boat.

Mines at the tunnel exit would be a surprise, but only for the first unlucky mech. The enemy team would have to be braindead to see their buddy's legs explode and go flying off his mech and still advance into the obvious minefield.

They could always put an expiration time on the mines too, make them only last 30 seconds or whatever, like most FPS games do with proximity mines.
