Basically similar to Guild Wars, allow the lance leader/commander to toggle mouse cursor with a key and draw directly onto the onscreen minimap and tactical map for the teammates to see. Would be a really big help in improving team coordination. IE, draw flanking path, enemy location, etc. Also, inb4 ***** in your radar, but whatever, you just have to take the good with the bad I suppose.
