I laughed so hard coffee shot out of my nose. I had to stop reading at that point. Thanks for starting my day off with a laugh.

Maybe you should read more. Education fights ignorance.

It's hard to really tell.
I will say...single LRM systems without Artemis SUCK.
I tried playing one on a fodder mech, wow is that terrible.
They should just make Artemis mandatory if you are bringing LRM's.

I actually "liked" a Victor Morson post...
*looks over his shoulder to check if the spinner is still spinning*

It depends on what you read, Victor. Reading comic books or transcribed Sheila Jackson-Lee speeches does not make you more educated. Reading a book entitled "Why the moon really IS made of cheese" would not educate me, and, like your post, would only waste my time and possibly make me dumber for having read the whole thing.
My personal education on LRM boats and their ease of use comes from actually running them in gameplay.

The angle of launce is messed up.
Dmg. per shot of ammo is to high.
Missiles need to hit locations in a more random fashion
They shouldn't splash dmg at all.
indirect fire should be more spread out and random after all you can't see the target.
Terrain should block a lock unless you have a spotter targeting a mech.
The angle of impact is wrong there falling downward hitting you in the head LT, RT, CT.
They need to go back to a semi guided rocket pod format with near straight launch angle.
Look I said it before the community doesn't like LRM's. You failed to design them successfully 3 times now. You did a whole bunch of test to balance weapon and you threw them out and started twicking them again with the same results as before.
Its like your doing redundant work on purpose because your not smart enough to know you did it wrong in the first place. So your doing it again so you know for sure your wrong. Also just to be sure will do it all again so we get the same wrong conclusion. Did I tell you were also still working on the problem and getting the wrong solution. And then someone is patting you on the back and saying good job keep working at it.

not sure about the rest of the stuff you said but OMFG ^^THIS.
the target retention BS does not make sense any way you think about it. if you have a spotter then fine, but with target retention there are many cases where assault mechs just don't get to even partially protect themselves from missile damage even if they have decent cover AND are actively dodging.
if you want target retention on stuff where you have line of sight but don't have the targeting range then fine or through ECM umbrella, but WTF is up with sensors magically holding lock THROUGH a damned hill side. if i get behind cover AND the missiles are still following me that should IMMEDIATELY tell me that there is a spotter somewhere that needs to be dealt with.

angle of launch is different on different mechs and your position relative to the other mech and such, maybe it needs tweaked on some but this is a rather blanket statement.

NO actually average damage per missile is <1 though there is a damage BUG making all the damage weird
Missiles need to hit locations in a more random fashion
They do, there is a damage BUG causing high damage to CT and low damage to other parts per hit.
They shouldn't splash dmg at all.
Splash damage is essentially removed they left it at 5cm which is approximately 1/200th the height of an atlas. It is possible this sometimes makes a difference but its likely well under 5% of hits.
indirect fire should be more spread out and random after all you can't see the target.
It is unless a friendly mech has them targeted with TAG
Terrain should block a lock unless you have a spotter targeting a mech.
It does.
The angle of impact is wrong there falling downward hitting you in the head LT, RT, CT.
True they do often hit from above there is nothing wrong with this its how a ballistic arc works. They may or may not want to change some hitboxes or something as for some mechs this can be more devastating than others.
They need to go back to a semi guided rocket pod format with near straight launch angle.
No they need to fix the damage bug(s), and the hit detection bug(s). Then they need to see how they are working and likely tweak them some.

Many of their problems are with bugs which can be difficult to avoid while writing a complex program, their problem is with poor bug testing and/or bad community feedback ("We have a BUG in LRM damage and are working on it" type of thing might help some, this is a beta sort of)
