Just to clarify:
IGP is the publisher. They are based in Montreal.
PGI is the developer. They are based in Vancouver.
PGI has been hiring a variety of talent over the last year, as has IGP.
Currently, these are the listings:
IGP is looking for Web Developer.
PGI is looking for a 3D Modeller and Texture Artist.
So, it's not that "nobody will work for them" as much as they have been constantly adding staff.

generally when you hang out the "hiring now " sign the positions are filled in a timely fashion.
Its not as if they are selling a house.
THe banner advertises for both pgi and igp.
Im also have..... a job.

As per the poster above you, the specific jobs being offered have been changing. That somewhat implies they're being filled.
