I'm proud to call myself a part of this unit. And did anyone mention that we're operating a meritocratic system here? If you're a good pilot and contribute to the clan (and Brown your nose), you will rise up the ranks and achieve GREAT POWER!
We have pilots who come into the clan as completely new pilots and have emerged as leaders, so join us for a great time!

Everyone has equal chance for promotion in the DSA, some members who have shown exceptional talent have been promoted to NCO ranks almost immediately after their recruit period was up, others developed as pilots and leaders through our training and mentoring programs and thus earned their promotions.

There is a path for all who wish to walk it and everyone who joins us and embraces our ethos of fun, friendly gaming has an equal chance of rising to high rank within the DSA.

Thanks to the guys from DHB last night for some great 12v12 games. DSA has fantastic Oceanic inter-clan relations, events and special tournaments (yes, that's right. tournaments). We even set up games against the 'Murica folk during our daytime hours. But how will you know this for sure until you drop by and say G'day?
