I'll just go to the point. I'm looking for the sound file that make the alarm noise when you are at critical damage. Then I want to convert it into a .ogg file and put that sound into the howler alarm file for tekkit. If this isn't possible just say why, but if it is, please explain. If you could just say where the sound file is then that would be enough.Thank you and good luck!

The sound files (along with everything else) are contained in the .pak files
I was previously able to extract he game sounds but they would not play, so they'll need some sort of conversion

I figured it out. The cockpit dialogue (ex. "Incoming missile") was in the dialogue_eng file. You need a FSB extractor. I'll give you a link. You'll be able to play the sound files, but they'll be quick. What I did was get an audio recorder and also an audio editor. The editor allowed me to slow down the talk, but wouldn't save it. So I had to record the slowed down version, which then gave me a more stable file.
