Maybe it's just me, or maybe my connection has been a bit wonky, but I'm getting terrible hit registration with my SRMs, particularly against fast moving mechs. On my screen, I'm landing big salvos, but almost none of them are registering.

Has Hsr For Srms Been Implemented?

Yes it has, but hit registration has been pretty poor across the board for the last month or so. There was a hot fix patch to try and fix it just after the last regular patch, but it doen't look it it did much for some people.

Yes it has been implemented.
I'm sure everyone is experiencing this...but not specifically with SRMs. Seems to be universal with all weapon systems and all battlemech speeds. However, faster speeds are more of a pronounced problem IMHO.

Yes, but since they can't even do enough damage to a stationary target, does it matter?

Yes the hit reg for SRMs is worse because HSR isn't fully correct yet.

Yeah that's been my big issue with them. I was testing them out yesterday both live and in the testing grounds. They simply don't have the punch they need to be worthwhile brawling weapons right now.
SRM's are supposed to be ammo dependent, short-range, randomized, but high damage weapons. Right now they are only hitting three of those four qualities.
While I acknowledge that one cannot reasonably match Battletech values in this venue, the purpose and flavor of each weapon should still translate. SRM's are supposed to be imprecise but scary weapons in close quarters.

Yep, it is for all weapons across the board. It's just most frustrating with SRMs (and LB10, dusted mine off for giggles today) as you hit with a huge imprecise cloud of boom, and seeing no hit at all seems impossible. It does seem to imply something is wrong with the game on a much deeper level than "I saw him here and the game saw him as there so no hit" when you're pummeling slow moving targets with weapons that are almost guaranteed to hit, even if with just a little bit of the payload. It's like entire shots are just not being sent to the server.

lrm's are the only wep group without hsr now, however
early june patch for packet loss dc's
21st june hotfix
and whatever is causing this:-
http://mwomercs.com/...roviders-again/
is screwing with all HSR by destabilizing ping (which has always screwed with hsr) meaning everything is off
