I would like to suggest two changes to PPC's to make them more balanced than what they are now.

1. Change ER PPC's so that they make the heat that regular PPC's have currently and make them usless at 180 meters or less.

2. Change Reg PPC's so that they generate the heat the ER PPC's due currently and let them do full damage up close like ER PPC's.

I personally don't feel that they are particularly OP anymore...I'm not saying this for selfish reasons since I only very rarely use them.
