Imagine if you would that you never knew what the map or the landscape was going to look like when you dropped for a match. It could be a huge sprawling factory in the desert or a deserted mining facility on some frozen moon. It could be an asteroid with a rotation of 5 minutes that would swing the outside temp of your mechs from - 180 to + 180 depending if you were in sun or shade. Imagine a ridge lined jungle expanse that forces you to put scouts out to 1. find a way through and 2. locate the Enemy that you know is close buy.
Face it, the box set maps are all used up and tired. Something like them would be great for CW when you are attacking ot defending a planet so that you are always in the same type of environment but for the rest of the game, the random drops, the 8 mans, the up coming 12 mans, Wouldn't random maps make sense and 1. level the playing field slightly and 2. refresh the game and make it exciting again?
Interested in what you think and would like to hear opinions on the subject.
