I noticed it has 3 missle hardpoints in that side torso, the 2hb might be a brutal Brawler if SRMs get improved. Still All I know is the second I get the use a shadow hawk I'm blaring this.

I'm a Sin after Sin JP sorta guy....though I dig all their 90s stuff, even with Ripper. (Actually thought the 2 Ripper albums are way underrated. Probably the most "Metal" albums JP ever did. But ain't nothing gonna top Sin after Sin, Sad Wings and Painkiller, in that order, for this Metalhead.)

Shadow Hawk will likely replace my BlackJack as my preferred medium, iv always liked the 55toners (except the Bushwacker, damn inbred catapult). I just hope it dosnt end up becoming a Sh*t Hawk instead.

I REALLY want to see a rotary cannon for the UAC5 parked on the Shawks shoulder cause that would just be epic.

I am pretty sure it is going to suck or at least the variant they have currently revealed will. The hard points are stretched out everywhere so you really can't pair up any weapons to get concentrated damage. You also don't have enough weight really for any of the big AC/s or Gauss. Even with an XL and Endo the max free tonnage your going to have it about 25 tons (16 for a standard engine). Only way your fitting a single AC/20 with a decent amount of ammo is to strip the JJs, armor and/or reduce its speed because you have to use a standard engine. Also you can't even really use light weight lasers to give your firepower a boost because you only have one energy slot.

Here are some of the builds I came up with that seemed doable and prehaps somewhat effective.

1) Gauss, 3 Streaks, ML, 11 DHS, 320 Armor, 3 JJ, 275XL
2) ER PPC or PPC, UAC/5, 3 SSRM2s, 13 DHS, 320 Armor, 3 JJ, 275XL (my favorite)
3) MPL, 2 SRM6, 1 SRM4, UAC/5, 13 DHS, 304 Armor, 3 JJ, 275XL (highest potential firepower I think but reliant on SRMs)
4) LL, 2 SRM6, UAC/5, 13 DHS, 304 Armor, 3 JJ. 275XL
5) LL, 3 SSRM2s, UAC/5, 14 DHS, 304 Armor, 3 JJ, 275XL
6) LL, LRM15+Artemis, UAC/5, 11 DHS, 304 Armor, 3 JJ, 275XL

You can squeeze a few tons more out of it if you want to reduce armor to the 250 range, Strip the JJs or go with a smaller engine (thus giving up speed) but there just isn't anywhere else to get the tonnage you need for anything really heavy.

To be bluntly honest, a QD is going to give someone much better firepower with a better ability to concentrate that firepower PLUS it also will have better armor, better jumping capability (5 JJ vs 3 JJ) and equal speed.
