There are only four maps that actually work for me. Caustic (New, old was terrible.), tourmaline, alpine and canyons. When those four pop up on my screen, I'm down for a good time.
But when any other map comes up, I feel like going to the Devs' homes and eating all the guns off their TT miniatures out of spite. When I get one of them, I know I'll be playing through jello. I know that half the time when I click, nothing will even happen. I also know that when something does happen and I miraculously manage to score a hit through the molasses ****-storm that is forest colony, river city, or god forbid the absolute worst of them all, frozen city, the hit has only a 1 in 4 chance of actually doing damage anyway.
I feel like a complete noob trying to fathand my controls with my bum while I figure out how to assign weapon groups with my foot. It's not a good feeling, and it makes me not want to contribute to your game financially.
P.S.- Don't worry, I'm on a non-miniatures diet at the moment. :3

Hmm maps with a high statics count don't work for you all to well... that sounds like old hardware

I'm fairly certain you're not doing it right.
I will use whichever end of my body I desire, sir!
That being said, yes, I do have old hardware. But that's no excuse when half the maps work perfectly fine and the other half are like AoL. And especially not when you're over the minimum specs.
