Before or after the post? And did you manually run Windows updates and allow them to patch too? Uninstall MWO and reinstall.

The log itself indicates at the time of that log that at least 2 of the programs were not installed.

Also on a side note the logs seem fine until "[0EBC:17A8][2013-07-01T16:10:30]e000: Error 0x80070643: Failed to install MSI package." if you Google that 0x80070643 you will find several Microsoft articles. Also a lot of other links talking about corrupt installs and left over registry keys. Here is what i would do.

look at these links first.

http://mwomercs.com/...ror-0x80070643/

http://support.micro....com/kb/2438651

http://windows.micro...indows-firewall

basically they all end at this site

http://support.micro...l_and_uninstall

remove the previous install leftovers and you should fix the problem.

lastly if none of that works try these steps.

-reboot (as stated previously)
-install the latest service pack and updates from Microsoft for windows xp. at least service pack 3
-check your windows installer version, some problems are if its not high enough for the installer package.
-it could also be permissions related. create another user account as an admin and install under that under. log out of the desktop and back in as the new admin.
-disable any antivirus / firewall / User account control.
-verify the windows installer service is running (but i mean if you can install other programs then probably good here)
- try running the mwo repair tool (i am not sure what it will do if you don't have the program installed hopefully repair the install so you can remove it)
-reinstall Operating System or run a repair install to wipe registry. (backup your data first)

I think that part of the log is still in the detection phase for the packages its going to install. so it detected them as part of the installer but they are not flagged for install, so its not going to install them. i could be wrong, but looking at my successful install logs they are stated the same way.
