It will be about 24 hours or so before I can play so just curious if HSR is any better with today's patch?

No changes - Stalkers with 4 or more PPCs , Atlases , Highlanders with 3 PPCs+G-Rifle and now Victor with the same config . Yes the HSR work as intended , HUGE PINPOINT ALPHAS ARE THERE AND BECOME EVEN MORE !!!!!

As it should be. Reward players with good accuracy. 4 ppc mechs are cannon.
