Kill it with task manager. Its a problem with the client, not your machine. Happens to me too

If Cest7's suggestions don't work, a couple of thoughts
(1) Have you run the repair tool (sorry, don't have link handy, just do a forum search)?
(2) Have you also submitted a support ticket with the screenshots attached?
Good luck with resolution

Tried doing a complete reinstall and the game crashes during installation with this Windows error 0x800b0101 which was easy enough to look up a solution for, except a system restore didn't help.
Now whenever I try to install MWO, and only MWO it gives me the same error again. If I'm forced to format and reinstall over reg errors MWO created I'm not going to be happy with PGI.
