They actively avoid legs.

Don't think streaks where modified this patch - still seem to be CT coring every mech with most of the armor intact on every other section. also, test in live, the training grounds are poor for testing as they use different mechanics jury rigged to look like the real thing.

Well, for me it seems that Streaks indeed do actively target side torsi and arms - not just hit them when said parts represent an obstacle on the way to CT. Though it's not about "equal opportunity", CT still takes majority of hits. But legs are wholly out of equation.
