Not cheap, (assuming he's still doing them), but quality costs... especially custom stuff.

Saitek, it seems, do not have their products anywhere in the Philippines.

QUESTION: What do you think of the Logitech ATTACK 3?

I have an ATTACK 3 that I picked up for $15; I run it in my left hand for throttle and turning, with arm/aim/torso-twist on the mouse in my right. It's a nice starter, but there are only 5 thumb-and-finger buttons and I do often wish there were more (6 weapons + zoom + advanced zoom + target + jump + switch weapon groups both directions = need more buttons). Joystick twist-to-turn might also be more intuitive than the left-right axis, it feels weird especially when trying to turn quickly.

By the way, my average damage went up from "suck" to routinely > 100 ("much less suck") once I got used to the 'stick in my left hand. With experience I'm hitting 300's when I don't dumb-rush-and-die. I would never go back to the keyboard.

Without a Z axis sensitivity it is worthless ATM. It has been over a year I though they would have fixed this.
