I haven't figured out exactly what it is, but it seems that certain people are able to see further than me by a fair amount. I know in recent patches fogging/blurring has certainly been increased, but I find myself repeatedly getting sniped from players that dont even register when I look back. It's especially prevalent on the Forest map.

I actually had one match where I sacrificed myself to figure out WTF was up... I stopped dead and even used advanced zoom to look at the area the shots were coming from, to no avail. I know in the past there were some graphic hacks you could run to lean up some of the (overdone) graphic effects, which resulted in a much much much larger range of vision. I had thought in recent patches this ability was removed. Now, with long range being even more obscurred, it is creating even more of an advantage.

So either certain graphical settings are causing people a huge disadvantage, or people are modifying their CryEngine settings to get a huge advantage. Either way, a game where people can shoot at you and you cant even see them using the highest level of zoom... that's broken.

Check out this link, http://mwomercs.com/...d-usercfg-file/ Colonl Pada Vinson has helped others with this and has posted custom .cfg settings that make the game a whole lot better. If you need help make sure to post your computer specs.
