I know it was planned (and announced mid last year) that voice chat via C3 would be integrated in some way into MWO. Now, I downloaded the client and all, but I don't see any integration. I don't think C3 as a standalone app is useful, unless there's some secret setup that I missed which makes it so.

I may very well be totally missing something. But ideally, when I enter a game, there would be three channels opened for me to use, team, lance, and game. I could talk onto each of those using keys in the game. I am sure that's about what is/was planned, but is there an update on when, or if, such a feature is going to appear?

Thanks. It would totally help. Typing in the midst of a brawl is really not the right thing to do.

No details on chat/voice other than those recently posted. That is sometime after launch they will look into voice and launch is scheduled for September 17 (2013?).
