Dear PGI-Team,
I am one of the many users/players/mechwarriors who still use a 32-Bit Windows (in my case XP Pro 32 Bit) with only 4GB of RAM.
Way too often I experience an memory allocation error and I am really full of it. Sometimes I can play to the end and sometimes I get 2 errors in a short time and after the second error the game freezes. When I close the error window the game crahshes to Desktop.
When are you effectively doing something about that? This problem is known to you since about 10 months and for reasons unknown you are not doing something about it. It is a simple matter of fixing that error and as far as I know the community already delivered the workaround. And 10 months are way enough time to fix that little but nerve-killing error.
I am not willing to invest ANY real money on a game which is tested by thousands of external Beta-Testers (and only you know how many internal) and still calls himself a BETA.
And the slap in the face came few days ago with the "generous" offer of Project Phoenix. Again you only want to milk the cash cow (community) without delivering a fully functional and mostly free of error game. There are errors a players can live with. Memory allocation errors almost every third game (especially the night maps) is not on that list nor will it ever be.
In the world I live you only get money if you do something for it. Nothing is for free.
Thank you for reading this and hopefully doing something about the mentioned things.
See you on the battlefield.
End of message.

This is the error I get on a regular basis now, it seemed to get worse with every patch. Game is basically unplayable at this point depending on which map I end up on.

Have you run the MWO repair tool, it would also help by posting your computer specs.
