Critical Damage Bonus For Weapons Hardpoints

I've found nothing about and I don't know if there is already something like that, so I'm posting.

I am talking about adding a critical chance damage bonus to weapons placed in the proper mech hardpoint, and maybe a penality for using other weapons instead in the proper hardpoint.
Let me explain.

Let's take for example the Pretty Baby, it has a PPC mounted on the left arm by "default",
so I guess using a PPC in the left arm should give you a (even little) bonus, maybe on critical chance %, but it can also be another type of bonus.

If you instead are using a medium laser in the left arm, because you made of the Pretty Baby
a full LRMs boat or something like that, you should get a (even little) penality.

Why you may wonder, first to really diversify each Mech, and second to avoid for example PPC boats, LRMs boat and so on.
And then to force people learning and using different type of weapons, that is really one of the things that make MWO great.
