I have had the HM since it came out, and I find it a very fun mech, and I dont poptart, the only problems I have had are due to the movement restriction BS... getting stuck a foot from the top of the hill is crap, let alone getting stuck on rocks or wedged into a corner by a mech bubble.... OK, back on topic, yes the HM is worth it during the sale... would not buy it for full price if I had to do it again though (733C and 732 HGN variants are basically as good) the MC prices on mechs are too high... period...
Yes, for some 4k+ MC its a good deal, but the Dragon Slayer is identical loadout (2 ballistic, 3energy, 2 missile, 1 AMS... hardpoints are diff locations) but 1 less jj for the ability to go ALOT faster, spend the xtra on it instead of the HM

I'm a little disappointed. Both Heavy Metal and Pretty Baby are piloted by female Heroes (Heroines, I should say). So why not Goddesses of War?

On the one hand: I love the Heavy Metal; great machine.

On the other hand - I just bought one ~3-4 days ago; and now it's 30% off. Eeeeever so slightly annoyed at that.
