TL;DR version, the CSS file is not being generated/called when it is requested via HTTPS, hence an incorrectly formatted, or "poopy looking", page is displayed.

Firefox 22.0
I randomly get the white page both at home and at work, a refresh fixes it, but as soon as I click a link there is a chance it will go white again... and again a refresh fixes it.

Now you just need to fix the occasional slowness of the website and add simple language filters so ppl wont have to bother reading messages in languages they don't know.
