Would like to see a post made in known issues, since this has been a constant problem for several months. Shots that obviously are hitting the front/rear armor seem to continuously strike the opposite side instead when internals are exposed on said opposite side.
It seems to be the most prevalent when the front CT armor is gone and rear CT armor is still there, with shots hitting the rear CT, causing the rear panel of armor to flash, while also damaging the CT internals and causing them to flash, however seeming to do more damage to the internals than the rear armor that is actually being hit. This is not a SSRM issue (which happens for a completely different reason), as it happens to me constantly when I am being hit with lasers. Often after my front CT armor is gone, I'll end up getting cored by rear hits when there is still around 50% rear armor remaining.
Although I haven't noticed it nearly as often, with rear CT armor gone and front CT armor remaining, and shots transferring to the back and going to internals, it still definitely seems to happen.
This is a pretty irritating issue and really needs to be fixed.
