It should be very heavy, (15 tons?) and occupies huge amount of slots (7-8 slots?). Damage wise it is comparable to LRM20 but cannot be destroyed by AMS, and has a range of 2000. Speed is similar to LRMs so it is easy to avoid.

15 tons, yes. 7-8 slots? No, it takes up a whopping 14 slots.
How you'd implement it is basically how ALRMageddon went (90° drop-on-your-head style), only traveling at 1000m/s and with a significantly higher "roof" (read: when it stops going up). I think people would start to really turn up the QQ when indirectly-fired AC/20s start dropping on their heads and the only cover is not being seen, however.
Yes, I totally want it, but we're probably not going to see it for a LONG time.

14 slots is fine. PGI can also just lower the roof. Also. by limiting the ammo, such as 5 missiles per ton.
MW4 had Arrow IV, and people didn't complain about it in MP. ERPPC/Gauss/ERLLasers were still the king.
I'm kinda sick of seeing the same load out every game.

And remember, they are guided, but the target had to be TAGed. So, to use at 2000 meters, you would have to keep the target tagged all the way in. Not so easy.

Arrows do 20 damage direct and splash of 10 in the surrounding (IIRC). Fun stuff - TAG is going to be a challenge though..

It would work how Airstrikes and Artillery work - damage can only be dealt to each 'Mech once per explosion. The only difference being the target 'Mech would take a hell of a lot of damage.
