This is then set up to clear your cache files on startup. It will not interfere with ccleaner if you have it installed and only targets the games shaders.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Download CCleaner portable.

2. Extract files into a designated folder.

eg: C:\MWOCC

3. Select "CCleaner" or "CCleaner64" .exe depending on your OS.

4. Deselect all the default items in the "cleaner" tab

5. Go to "options" tab > Include > Add > Browse.

Select

C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\USER\Shaders\Cache\D3D9\CGPShaders

C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\USER\Shaders\Cache\D3D9\CGVShaders

6. Go to "options" tab > Settings > Select "Run CCleaner when computer starts"

You'll know it's working if you see the ccleaner animation in your taskbar when windows boots up. You can specify to not run it at startup and run it when you feel it's needed just leave out step 6 & create a shortcut to it and perhaps change the icon to differentiate it from regular ccleaner.
