Occasionally, I go diving into the stats and find odd little anomalies that I would have never guessed without the stats page and that don't SEEM true, but apparently are.

For instance, I *hate* River City Night, but apparently it's far and away my most successful map.

Secondly, I consider myself a terrible light pilot and that belief transfers to my Cicada, which drives like a light. I feel like I'm slogging through getting experience on any of those mechs. And yet, oddly enough, my Raven has comparable wins and kills to my beloved assaults and heavies.

Lastly, apparently I'm significantly more accurate with AC/5 than any other autocannon. The only one that's really even that close is the AC/20, but even it lags behind.

Anything you guys have found that is similar?

The only 'mech (out of 30) I don't have a positive KDR with is the Spider 5K. I hear machine guns and flamers are the ****, but I just can't get them to work for me.

Edit: Also of note...

• My second worst module WLR is coolshot (probably because I only equip it for 8-mans).
  
• My worst module WLR (by far; it's the only negative WLR with 44 matches) is advanced zoom. I've never equipped it intentionally or used it since the one round I tried it, so it's just sitting on some 'mech somewhere being a bad luck charm.
  
• I've wasted over 24 hours of my life on Alpine. Jesus. *******. Christ.
  
• I'm inexplicably bad at Frozen City
  
• I'm inexplicably good at Frozen City Night
  
• My best 'mech by KDR (even better than my Cheese King 732) is my CTF-1X with 5xML and 1xGR.
  
• My best 'mech by WLR is my Spider 5V. Wut?
  
• As poor as I am right now, I've apparently made almost 500,000,000 C-Bills. Where the hell did all my money go?

I noticed something like that as well. RC and RCN are my worst and best maps in terms of WLR--even though it is exactly the same map--just one is darker.

Yeah, same deal here... my top two maps are RC and ForC, my bottom two RCN and ForCSnow.... wtf?

Haha, yeah. 1 day 02:13:17 on Tourmaline here. 22:19:22 on Alpine. The rest are around 10-12 hours.

The most interesting thing is the "true accuracy" of the weapons. For example I have 90.04% accuracy with medium lasers and 56.75% accuracy with PPC.

But if I divide the damage dealt by the potential damage I could have done (number of shots * weapon damage), I'll get the "true" accuracy:

Medium laser: 13 556 Shots fired (67780 potential damage), but only 35930 damage done = 53% accuracy
PPC: 25 117 Shots fired (251 170 potential damage, 138 332 damage done = 55% accuracy

That means that for me, the PPC is easier to use than a medium laser.

That's my -1X build, too!

My best mech by KDR is my Yen Lo Wang (5:1) while my worst is with the Blackjack BJ-3 (0.4:1, now sold unsurprisingly)

My best map is Tourmaline (which is odd because I hate that map) and my worst is River City Night (which is odd because I actually like that one)

I am apparently more successful at conquest than at assault.

Since the stats began I have never won a match in my Founders Atlas (admittedly I've only played 4 in it, it still has a positive KDR though)

I have a positive WLR with all modules except target decay and capture accelerator

You think that's bad? I've wasted 2days+ on alpine and 4days+ on Tourmaline.
******* hate you PGI. Tourmaline consists of 25% of all matches played. One map taking up 25% and it's the map I hate the most? Yea thanks pgi.

It means you are either using your medium lasers at around 400 meters or you have trouble keeping your lasers on target, or both.

like OP i hate RCN and River city in general- both maps have a 1.3 win ratio, only Forest Colony is slightly better 1.31 (which i do like as a map)

i really suck in the trebbie 7M (.42 kdr) but have a w/l of .88, nothing special- but then i see my BJ DC with a .78 w/l i have a 1.26 kdr in

my 2 Jagers with kdr over 1 are the ones with a w/l under 1, but the jager i'm under 1 kdr in my w/l is over 1.

i've still spent less than 10 hours in forest colony but 25 hours in torumaline-of which only canyon is within 50 matches played of the 220 i've played there already.

i only have 3 mechs of my 14 that are over 1.0 in both w/ and kdr- Hunchy 4sp, BJ 1X and BJ 3

All I can say is that River City is my bane for some reason even though I hate Alpine (which, stats for that have improved). At one point, it was Caustic that I was having trouble in... so I dunno.
